The New Normal after COVID-19 pandemic

               The New Normal.
The world and its human being residents has faced many problems as it has survived on this planet over the past years. Plagues, Famine, Wars, Diseases and natural accidents like Volcanicity, Desertification, Floods, Earthquakes and meteorites have happened leaving people injured, killed and their properties destroyed. The weather conditions have been changing either in natural or artificial ways that has contributed to diverse consequences. But let us delve into the "new normal" term that has gained popularity recently when the Corona Virus (COVID-19) pandemic implications has plagued the world. The term is reoccurring since it was first used after the "Great Recession 2008-2009".

What does the new normal mean for the following sectors?
What does it mean for educational purposes?
What does it imply for traveling and logistic industries?
What does it mean for the Job market?
What does it mean for our Health institutions?

The media houses have been on the front line to highlight in segments what the new normal will be like. Sectors that have been covered include Transport industry, Tourism industry, Learning institutions like schools, colleges and universities, Health institutions like hospitals, dispensaries and clinics and Hotels. The economy is a great sector that has been preferred as scientists are in COVID-19 vaccine race. Truth be told that life will never be the same again after tis Corona virus disease has been managed. When HIV/AIDS came hitting the world, humans were required to observe and reset some of their choices and decisions in order to stay safe. HIV prevention was designed to provide safety from the virus as scientists tried to conjure up antiviral drugs to boost human immunity against the virus. Corona virus (SARS-COV-2) is a virus that is here to stay therefore humans are requested to reset their cultures, activities and societies to safeguard themselves from it.

What does the new normal really mean or stipulates about our previous normal?
The New Normal will urge a reset of our lives in various capacities for the next five to ten years before a perfect preventive cure is developed. A virus has the capabilities to evolve or mutate hence dealing with it shall always be dynamic after every year or decade.
Sectors that will require more changes are the following.

                            Transportation Sector.
Both local and international travels will now involve intense scrutiny due to the deadly Corona virus that is highly communicable and infectious. Globalization might be coming to a slower pace as many people will be forced to stay in their countries and handle most of their international activities via a phone call or video conferencing calls like Skype and Zoom. Localised travels maybe affected too as areas perceived to be hotspots may be locked down hence restricting access. Truck drivers will be faced with challenging times whenever they cross from one state or country boundary to another. Some truck companies had developed self-driven trucks which simply implies that it maybe a high chance to get those automatically driven trucks on our transportation sectors. More people are going to prefer buying personal cars and vans in order to ferry themselves from one place to another location. The transport industry will be changed for ever and don't be surprised when you see new cars, buses, planes, trains and ships. Travelling will be rapidly reduced on a personal level due to the fear among people.

                         Education Institutions.
Schools, colleges and universities are always over populated by learners from all ages. Maybe it is a wonderful opportunity for schools to increase more classes, lecture halls and other amenities that can help reduce the overcrowding situations. Attending things like parades maybe removed and private tutors will be preferred more by parents who can afford it to ensure that their kids are getting the best option of accessing education. Certificates acquired after learning from an online platform will be valued in the job market due to the implications of the pandemic. Dormitories and hostels will require new designs that are essential to make our kids safe while in schools.

                    Job Markets.
There are people who shall lose their jobs due to the pandemic implications for their employers are not capable to handle the dynamics of this pandemic. Sorry for them for being victimised due to the situations of life and the outbreak of the Corona virus disease. But what if it is another opportunity to open new doors for employing yourselves when you are at home. We should be optimistic about learning how to perform tasks on online platforms hence becoming employed. Writing, transcribing, tutoring and software developments might be jobs that can sustain you during this pandemic sessions. A few who have knowledge in Capital Markets can invest their money to make more from the Stock Exchange markets, Forex trading, Options, Bonds and Futures.

                        Health industry
This might be the most critical sector in this particular pandemic implications. The sector is like the soldiers on the front line of the battlefield as most causalities end up landing in this sector. Pharmaceutical companies will be required to work around the clock and everyday to come up with a solution. How soon shall it be before a perfect solution is arrived to. Right now we don't know but there are various optimistic about a good solution being developed very soon.

In conclusion, every sector has been affected in one way to another. Adapting to the new dynamic normal might be the only thing to practice during this period. It is either we adopt or we get eradicated by this particular pandemic, HIV came and those who never adopted the measures were eliminated.
